Job Description:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic f ull-time Physical Therapist (PT) in the Dayton, OH area . This PT will provide therapy in the Assisted Living environment and within the community.

The Physical Therapist (PT) would be responsible for performing starts of care, initial evaluations, performing subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising PTAs.  Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Ohio.  We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation : competitive/negotiable/experience-based. Flexible scheduling while maintaining a full-time status. This position is per-visit rate with each visit type allotted its own rate.
