Job Description:

Total Care Therapy is currently looking for a creative Part-time/PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Toledo (Sylvania), Ohio area in an Assisted Living (AL) environment.

Our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) uses a web-based documentation system that can be accessed from any internet-capable device. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for performing Evaluations, 30-day Reassessment Visits, Recertifications, Discharges, and Treatment Visits. Must be certified to provide services in the State of Ohio.

Prior home healthcare experience is preferred but is not required.
