Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
- Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage OSHA information on online portals
- Manage employee training renewals
-Manage all unemployment processes
- Handle HR paperwork, such as contracts and employee documentation
- File all HR paperwork
- Handle medical enrollments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity ADP
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Experience with employee evaluation processes
