Job Summary

Seeking experienced Litigation Paralegal for Chicago Defense Firm with at least one year of experience. Role involves working with attorneys in a variety of civil litigation matters including employment law, civil rights, product Liability, and construction matters. Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Use of all paralegal skills including but not limited to research, abstracting of records and transcripts, maintenance of various calendars, working on case discovery, on-line filings through the various courts, and preparation of cases for arbitration, mediation and trial.

Qualifications and Skills

Certification from paralegal program a must, prior litigation experience and proven technical skills a plus.
