Bruning & Associates, PC, a general civil litigation law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in general civil litigation and a working knowledge of family law.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery, notices, etc.)
- Drafting correspondence.
- E-Filing & scheduling motions.
- Scheduling depositions, court reporters, arranging for services of process.
- Assist in the Discovery process by organizing and managing documents and coordinating the exchange of information between parties.
- Manage case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Assist in trial preparation and support attorneys during hearings and trials.
- Legal administration tasks (processing payments, ordering supplies, etc.)
- General receptionist duties.
- Proven experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
