Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and intake to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents; notice(s), motion(s), pleading(s), discovery
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal matters
- Monitor and ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner
- Record and store client information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal (5 years min.)
- Familiarity with personal injury, family law, immigration
- Ability to file in state/federal court(s)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
