Rouge, a Rittenhouse Square landmark restaurant is seeking an Assistant Manager to close four nights a week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday). We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, thorough candidates from well rated restaurants.

Key Requirements:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively

We are not necessarily seeking a seasoned vet for this position- training someone with a good history serving and bartending and a willingness to learn has high potential.
