Position Description
The Staff Accountant will support the finance team. This position will help the accounting department run smoothly and ensure transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
This position would work an 8a-5p schedule Monday through Friday.
Job Function
- Assisting with the reconciliation of invoices.
- Entering financial transactions into the internal database.
- Issuing invoices to external partners as needed.
- Reviewing and filing documents.
- Preparing bank deposits.
- Processing reimbursement forms.
- Creating and updating expense reports.
Job Requirements
The candidate for this position should have a high level of integrity. The applicant should be a self-motivated individual with an eye for mathematical detail.
A successful candidate would have experience working in an accounting environment with a knowledge of basic bookkeeping.
