Responsible for providing the training for all MCDS direct support professional (DSPs) employees upon hire and also later in the field. Training includes the teaching and documentation of CPR, First Aid, MANDT, and various KDOT rules and regulations. Position will also manage the employee notification and tracking of initial and annual training. This position also includes the review and development of all current and new training curriculum.

Must keep and maintain classroom equipment and materials in good working order.
