Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk operations, medical scheduling, and familiarity with dental office procedures. Coordinate patient care for dental implants.
Duties:-
- Utilize medical terminology to accurately communicate with healthcare professionals
- Coordinate dental office tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all interactions
- Familiarity with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software for office management
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a medical setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental software is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
