- Calibrate - Adjust - Service.
- Repair and perform preventive maintenance.
- Perimeter road loop detectors.
- Ground and over lighting-sensors and/or timers.
- CCTV cameras and monitors.
- Exit doors and lights.
- Intercoms for access.
- Pest control.
- HVAC mechanical contractor.
- Utilities - including gas, water, sewer, and electric.
- Furniture repair.
- Fire suppression, annunciator, and detection tests.
- Maintenance: 1 year (Required).
- Work requires the ability to read and understand written instructions, to understand simple processes and the routine operation of machines.
- Knowledgeable of commonly routine maintenance safety concepts and practices.
- Ability to quickly learn, apply understanding of HRRJ policies and procedures and ability to apply this information to meet HRRJ goals.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to read reports and make actionable plans, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and process documents.
- Ability to work some nights and weekends as hours may vary based on the Maintenance schedules.
- Level of knowledge equivalent to less than high school or equivalency.
