Hampton Roads Regional Jail Authority is Hiring a Jail Mental Health Grant Officer (FT) Near Portsmouth, VA

Assist with movement of adult inmates to groups and one to one sessions with program staff.
Ability to collaborate with outside agencies who may need to set up appointments and interviews with SMI inmates who are dually enrolled in multiple programs.
This role will correspond with records and classification, and navigate systems to keep program staff updated on charges and behaviors of inmates enrolled in the program.
This role will mainly provide safety and escorting to program staff and jail population.

The hours of this role are part time and must work around the schedule of the programming groups during normal business hours.

SALARY:
$21.33 hour
