Harvest Landscape Enterprises is Hiring an A/P & A/R Specialist Near Orange, CA
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Prepare and distribute invoices to customers
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate calculation of wages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles preferred
- Proficient in using accounting software such as SAGE
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
