The Customer Care Specialist must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team while maintaining the company’s focus on customer service. This position requires the ability to interact with customers in person, by phone, and via email. The perfect candidate has the right combination of customer service, communication, and computer skills. We offer a family friendly day shifts with few Saturdays scheduled.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for aiding customers and supporting the sales process in the pharmacy

• Answer phones and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner
• Provides a positive customer contact experience.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Manager.
• Check customers out using the point of sale system
