We are seeking part time shop assistants for our mechanics at our Baton Rouge location.

Duties
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
- Assist mechanics when an extra hand is needed in a repair
- Clean repaired equipment and prep for customer pickup
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Assist assembly tech with preparing new equipment for customer delivery
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to fabricate and assemble products accurately
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Saturday work available if you need the hours (Open 8-12)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
