Parts and Service Counter
Must have a basic understanding of power equipment parts and operation. Knowing the difference between a starter and a solenoid would be helpful. Basic knowledge of some of the basics will rapidly increase the speed of the training process.
Daily task to include assisting front counter sales with customer service. This includes loading/unloading of customer equipment.
Working the front parts counter to assist customers with their parts & service needs. This includes looking up & locating correct parts using vendor software and customer provided equipment information.
Ability to operation most outdoor power equipment and a forklift. Loading and unloading of customer equipment will be necessary.
Must be able to work as a team with all employees to ensure a positive customer experience for every customer.
Greet customers with a friendly, professional persona whether in store or on the phone.
Assist customers with locating the proper parts or accessories for their equipment.
Make accurate and detailed workorders for customers bringing in equipment for repair/service.
Process customer payment for their purchase.
Pull parts for customers orders and shop technicians.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Must have prior experience with computers and have the ability to function in a computer driven environment.
We can work with college / tech school schedules
Great for retirees looking to for work 2-3 days a week.
