POSITION OVERVIEW

The Gallatin County Fairgrounds is hiring Temporary Front Office Worker for the 2024 Big Sky Country State Fair. Dates Required: May 1, 2024 - July 28, 2024.
Duties:

• Performs basic clerical and administrative support duties for the Fairgrounds Office including answering the phones and taking RV reservations.
• Assists in preparing badges, information packets and other Big Sky Country State Fair event essentials.
• Assist the office staff in any additional administrative tasks related to executing the Big Sky Country State Fair.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in email, basic computer skills, and answering the phone.
• Able to work with public.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to sit for hours.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

Hours:

• 40 hours per week minimum with coffee and meal break.
• Assigned shifts of 8A - 5P M-F

As a condition of hire, the final candidate will be required to successfully pass a criminal history check and background investigation.
