We are currently seeking a Marketing Director to lead, develop, and implement company-wide marketing strategy and campaigns. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. We want individuals with strong organizational and innovative skills who can manage multiple tasks at once. This role will be a direct contributor to the successful growth of the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and implement multifamily marketing strategy and campaigns, focusing on resident acquisition and retention across an eclectic portfolio of apartment buildings and submarkets.
• Manage relationship and communications between Four Star, its website design team, and ILS providers, Apartment listing syndicators, as well as 3rd party marketing and branding partners.
• Regular interaction with asset management and property management teams for assigned properties.
• Perform market analysis to identify trends in consumer behavior, with an eye on constant evolution and improvement.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of marketing trends, technology, and market activity for constant evolution of marketing strategies.
• Use data-driven findings to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Develop and improve marketing strategies designed to increase inbound lead flow
• Create engaging marketing materials and content across various channels including but not limited to: company website, social media, print, email.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining marketing budgets as well as tracking performance metrics to maximize Marketing ROI.
• Responsible for public relations communications when necessary
• Present data-driven reports to management team to demonstrate effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Assist executive leadership in development of corporate branding strategy and advertising execution.

Basic Requirements and Work Experience

• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required. MBA or other related graduate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing and brand management. Preferably within multifamily property management.
• Strong working knowledge of website analytics tools
• This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully executing results-oriented marketing strategies.
• Strong time management skills with an ability to multitask and work independently.
• Experience with social media as well as lead generation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Search Engine Optimization experience is preferred.
• A data and metrics driven mindset, as well as an ability to present data and metrics reporting concisely to the management team
• A mindset to come in every day ready to help us find a way to improve upon what we did yesterday.
• Computer Proficiency and experience with Yardi and Voyager platforms strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally
• Manual dexterity required to use common office equipment
• Will require driving between company locations

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Salary in the range of $115,000 to $145,000 per year
