We are seeking a motivated and experienced in-home sales professional to join our growing team. We provide you with paid training, qualified leads, and unlimited opportunities to grow your career. We install high-quality basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation systems in homes across southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. What you would do:

  • Meet with homeowners on pre-qualified, company-generated leads
  • Build rapport with the customer and determine desired outcomes
  • Carefully examine the customer's home to accurately diagnose the issues
  • Educate customers on recommended and best solutions
  • Proficiently use software to generate proposals
  • Close sales and meet and exceed sales goals

What you need for this role:

  • 2 years of in-home sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Construction/home improvement experience and knowledge preferred, but not required
  • Strong listening, communication, closing, and problem-solving skills
  • Skill in operating computer software
  • Dedication to training and growth
  • Being able to and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a house
  • Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
  • A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
