Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
· Must have a positive, friendly, can-do, entrepreneurial attitude and approach with all contacts on behalf of the Company, and maintain a “team” approach to sales, service, and inter-departmental communication within the organization.
· Must possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a clear, strong speaking voice and excellent telephone and social networking etiquette.
· Must have an excellent working knowledge of Windows PC-based hardware and software systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
· Must become proficient in American Business systems (ABS) windows software, wholesale distribution, quotes, order entry, time entry, and tracking functions, within two weeks.
· Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
· Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience including journal entries and reconciliations
· General knowledge of printing, manufacturing, and promotional products business processes.
· Must be willing and able to periodically attend trade shows, ranging from 1 to 7 days. Must be willing and able to drive, fly, take a train, bus, or other vehicle to travel on company business.
· Ability to stand, bend, lift, move and pack product and materials up to 50 pounds required.
· Strict attention to verbal and written details is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all aspects of customer service from start to finish.
· Answering and placing phone calls for sales and following up leads.
· Daily order-entry and maintaining accurate customer files; review documents for spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors and inconsistencies, including logo changes for customers.
· Prepare and deliver proofs to customers; follow through to obtain timely proof approvals.
· Assist in managing fulfillment orders utilizing mailing list software and variable data mailings.
· When assigned, provide back-up telephone support for other departments.
· Other duties including bookkeeping, sales, and marketing as assigned.
