EHC Construction is hiring dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. Construction laborers use, supply, or hold materials or tools, clean work areas, and operate equipment on construction sites.

Laborer Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris
• Direct traffic safely around the construction or road maintenance site
• Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
• Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
• Ensure regulated and proper headgear, ear plugs, gloves, safety glasses, and clothing are worn
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare new construction sites by digging, moving dirt, or compacting space
• Provide assistance as needed
• Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
• Assist equipment operator and other skilled labor when necessary
• Operate Roller, Off Road Truck, Loader, onsite Water Truck, and ready to learn new equipment used in construction.

· Other duties as assigned.

Laborer Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.
