Warehouse Process Analyst
Reporting to our Global T&W Operations team at our Devon´s facilities you will be fundamental for identifying and resolving daily warehouse issues and drive compliance and continuous improvement for the training processes within the department. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with the Distribution/Warehouse teams, Quality, Site Leadership and the other Production groups in order to proactively address and resolve any issues. In this exciting role you will:
- Lead key resolution initiatives: you will work with appropriate teams and lead production and quality problem resolutions within the Warehouse/Distribution department.
- Coordinate and Lead Food Safety initiatives: you will ensure compliance with the department Master Sanitation Program, help improve material storage, and material flow.
- Analyze data: you will collect and analyze all data to help set KPI’s and make fact based decisions for corrective actions, root causes and preventative measures in addition to making all necessary recommendations on next steps.
- Maintain and Improve Training Processes: you will be responsible for the creation and update of all training materials for department updates. You will be essential in making sure the training programs and skills matrices are updated and relevant.
- Provide project support: you will assist the Warehouse/DC/Pre-Weigh Manager with department projects such as production efficiencies, reducing operational costs and administering department specific training.
You?
- Student or Bachelor's Degree in related engineering field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong problem solving skills are essential
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and follow-up skills are required
- Knowledge and understanding of food safety guidelines and quality management principles, desirable.
