SAP Operations Processor

Work on the integration and automation of operations and supply chain processes, specifications, as well as documentation for a dedicated area (e.g. Planning, Customer Care) in a region.

In this position you will:

• Deep understanding of applied of business management systems, how the business can and should use systems to achieve process control and performance objectives.
• Act as liaison between the business functions you support and the technical teams from both inside Givaudan and external partners.
• Envision, articulate and “sell” new possibilities using designs and flows to internal stakeholders and functional business “customers”.
• Help end users with problem solving of their day to day issues using continuous improvement tools and information technology tools.
• Provide training to super / end users
• Facilitate training sessions with end users while coordinating with IM&T and external partners.
• Drive improvement measures in SAP (called “Change Requests”), ensuring that all regions are harmonized and informed about new functionalities.
• Assess Change Requests by providing business benefits and tangible business case.
• Participate in SAP-related projects thus making sure that processes remain consistent and are respected.

Your professional profile includes:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Background in supply chain planning, quality and/or materials management, including exposure to business process redesign and systems implementations is required.
• Experience of working in fast moving and complex environments
• Good command in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Understanding of the main processes in operations and supply chain and main metrics to measure the performance APICS CPIM.
