Position Summary:

In this role, you will communicate with Merchants to identify their unique situation as it pertains to their repayment of an account for our client. Building and maintaining relationships in attempt to resolve outstanding commercial debt.

We only have commercial accounts, no retail collection accounts. That means we are not regulated by the FDCPA. We want you to be an individual and NOT a scripted robot and we invite you to bring your own personality and background to the field!

We are professional and treat the Merchants with respect and understanding. We do things differently and it shows in our 5.0 Star Google rating.

Requirements:

• 2 Years of Collections experience
• Commercial Collections experience preferred
• 3 Years of Call Center experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Field calls and emails from Merchants to set up sustainable repayment plans and answer questions around their contracts.

· Document communications with Merchants accurately .

· Follow federal and state laws as well as company policies and guidelines dealing with debt collection.

Key Competencies:

· Interpersonal and customer service skills

· Good written and verbal communication

· Strong computer skills preferred
