Position Summary:
In this role, you will communicate with Business Owners and other parties to identify their unique situation as it pertains to their repayment of an account for our client. Building and maintaining relationships with them in order to successfully resolve their commercial debt.
We only have commercial accounts, no retail collection accounts. That means we are not regulated by the FDCPA. We want you to be an individual and NOT a scripted robot, so we invite you to bring your own collection practices and personality to the role!
We are professional and treat the Merchants with respect and understanding. We do things differently and it shows in our 5.0 Star Google rating. We currently have over 1000 5-Star Reviews on Google.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
· Call, text, and email Merchants to set up a sustainable repayment plans.
· Document communications with Merchants accurately .
· Follow federal and state laws as well as company policies and guidelines dealing with debt collection.
