Job Duties
Manage all staff and patient related issues.
Manage the overall schedule to make sure it's full.
Oversea the scheduling coordinator to make sure new patients are scheduled within 24 hours.
Make sure all patients sign a Treatment Plan and make payments upfront.
Review the AR with the accounts manager. Ensure past due accounts are followed up on.
Make sure all front desk staff are fully trained.
Meet with the dentist to coordinate activities regarding patients.
Goals should be set for the next week and everyone should agree on these goals.
New policies should be distributed and discussed as needed.
Expected hours: 35 40 per week
