The Conrad Company is seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking IT Analyst to join our infrastructure team. In this position, you will work with the IT Manager developing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, implementing best practices in IT standards, and supporting our associates.

Responsibilities:

· Support users who are experiencing problems with their computer or software.

· Leverage knowledge of cutting-edge technologies to optimize organizational efficiency.

· Participate in team meetings; provide input on intelligent solutions to improve efficiency.

· Develop, test, and implement IT systems to further business objectives.

· Troubleshoot and debug IT systems to ensure error-free functionality and end user satisfaction.

· Manage multiple tasks adhering to deadlines; and communicate progress at regular intervals.

· Identify needed hardware and software to provide solutions to problems.

· Server installation, upgrading, deployment, etc.

· ERP business system support includes, but not limited to, end user and software problem resolution.

· Provide telephone, face-to-face and online support to customers (internal end users, external customers, suppliers, etc.)

· Install and download appropriate software.

· Connect users to networks and provide initial training in facilities and applications.

· Provide information relating to customers’ hardware and software purchasing decisions.

· Undertake housekeeping and reporting functions for the area of responsibility.

· Respond to after-hours calls depending on company needs.

Requirements

· Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 2 years’ experience.

· Familiarity with IT standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST

· Familiarity with programming languages: HTML, PowerShell, and .NET languages preferred.

· Awareness of current standards and trends in IT and emerging technology

· Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
