Description

The Conrad Company is seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking IT Manager to join a fast-paced team working to bring new and emerging technology to drive our businesses. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the TCC enterprise IT and supporting our various business units. The scope of this position includes support for all current and future Conrad Company businesses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Maintain the hardware and software systems within the organization.
•  Monitor the performance of the organization’s IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
•  Manage the organization’s data storage systems, which includes implementing solutions such as cloud storage.
•  Maintain the security of an organization’s network.
•  Manage the organization’s critical apps and communication systems, including email, instant messaging, and video conferencing.
•  Provide training and support to users within the organization.
•  Ensure all IT projects are completed on time and within budget.
•  Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure team.
•  Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.
•  Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science
• 8 years' experience supporting hardware and software in an enterprise environment.
•  Demonstrated supervisory experience.
•  Advanced supervisory, leadership, and conflict management skills
•  Customer service and interpersonal skills
•  Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations
•  In-depth understanding of programming, computer science and digital security
•  A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
•  Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening.
•  Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
•  Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
