The Conrad Company, a fast growing, award-winning family-owned business located in York, PA is looking for a full-time CNC Programmer to join our growing team at our Capitol Tool facility.
What do we do: We help people in manufacturing and construction with precision machined parts
Responsibilities
- Set up and run CNC machine
- Completes all job-specific paperwork in a timely manner.
- Audits materials lists for accuracy and proper material staging.
- Operates CNC production equipment with a focus on safe operation.
- Loads/unloads product to/from production workspaces.
- Inspects product between operations, completing any associated forms/checklists.
- Deburrs and prepares product for next operation or workstation
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation
Requirements
- 3 or more years of CNC programming /manufacturing environment
- HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Personal pride in one's own work
