A successful and expanding Carlstadt manufacturing and distribution company is looking for an experienced customer service representative. The right candidate will be prompt, reliable, warm, friendly, and a team player. The CSR is the primary point of contact for customers. The CSR answers the phone and emails from customers, takes customer orders and requests for quotes, enters customer orders in the computer and returns calls to addresses customer concerns. This candidate must be able to thrive and maintain focus in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
· MUST have excellent customer service skills
· MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Basic computer skills and be willing to learn new computer software programs
· Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
· Follow routine verbal and written instructions
· Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
· Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly
Qualifications of Customer Service Representative:
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30PM
