The Employee Experience Team is in search of an Administrative Services Coordinator who not only possesses a passion for fostering meaningful connections but also boasts a robust background in customer service. Your role will be instrumental in fulfilling our purpose of nurturing the City of Coppell's culture. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in project management, adept at diplomatic communication, and thrives in a collaborative setting. 
As a pivotal member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support while upholding the core competencies and values of the City of Coppell. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating various facets of the employee life cycle, maintaining meticulous records, and contributing to the planning and execution of team events. Additionally, you will represent the Employee Experience Team at city-wide gatherings and committees, ensuring seamless communication and support for all employees. Moreover, you will oversee office operations, address customer inquiries, and assist with EX-related tasks such as budget management and compliance with state regulations.

Pay Plan
This opportunity is non-exempt and on Pay Grade #10. 
The full Pay Grade Range is shown for growth and development opportunities within the grade. Salary determination is supported by budget availability and qualifications of the candidate to maintain internal equity. 
Hiring Range$23.62-$28.93

Min $23.62 ($49,122.94)

Mid $28.93 ($60,168.99)

Max $34.24 ($71,215.04)
