- Demonstrate adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and quality manufacturing process.
- Manage a training record that documents standard operating procedure training dates.
- Achieve production output goals assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain a strong focus on continuous process improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Operate materials handling and bottling equipment.
- Adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
- Communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, as must.
- Assist with the planning of daily and weekly activities of production to meet or exceed safety goals, service metrics.
- Assist members of management team in the absence of Production Lead ensuring all daily task are accomplished.
- Perform other duties that may reasonably be assigned.
- Practice safe handling of chemicals and follow all chemical safety guidelines.
- Ensure others around hazardous chemicals follow safe handling and cleanup practices.
- Forklift Certification (can be completed within a specified time period upon hire)
- Hazmat Certification (can be completed within a specified time period upon hire)
- Detail oriented, can work under pressure of deadlines and multi-task.
- Excellent written, analytical, verbal and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and quickly, and as part of team to execute tasks.
