• Pre-Litigation Managers

Under general direction of the Director of Pre-Litigation Manager/Managing Attorney, this position will work closely with Case Managers, Legal Assistants and Attorneys.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing prelitigation files on a consistent basis to ensure client is treating as recommended by medical providers and that any gaps in treatment are minimized;
• Ensuring that Case Managers are aware of next steps in treatment;
• Ensure proper steps are followed to maximize recovery for the client;
• Track and report important doctor’s appointments;
• Ensure that insurance coverages are verified, and liability issues are cleared;
• Continuously monitor, analyzing and auditing client cases;
• Monitoring SOLs;
• Handling client complaints;

Skills & Requirements:

• Supervisory/leadership experience;
• Solid communications skills;
• 3 years handling high volume case load;
• Bilingual (Spanish) ;
• Knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Suite, Google Docs;
• Excellent follow through in order to meet multiple deadlines;
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology.
• Strong knowledge of Plaintiff Personal Injury
