Subaru Superstore of Chandler is a family-owned and operated organization! We are looking for individuals who are self-driven and client focused! Responsibilities:

  • Answer multi-line phone system in a prompt and courteous manner (high volume calls)
  • Update customer service records to ensure they are accurate.
  • Monitor appointments to ensure scheduling accuracy.
  • Light clerical work, scanning and filing.
  • Acknowledge external and internal customers immediately and in a friendly and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills (Including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
