About Anuvia:
Anuvia promotes recovery and resilience for individuals and families experiencing substance use or mental health disorders by providing compassionate and innovative care. We are currently looking for a dedicated Clinical Director to lead our clinical teams and help shape our services towards outstanding care and recovery support.

Role Overview:
As the Clinical Director, you will champion the development and implementation of our clinical programs, ensuring our services meet the highest standards and effectively address the needs of those we serve. This role requires a blend of expertise in substance use disorder and mental health treatment, leadership, and program management.

What You'll Bring:

  • Education: Master’s degree in human services or a related field as approved by the NCASPPB and NCSWCLB.
  • Experience:
  • At least three years in substance use disorder and mental health treatment.
  • Minimum of two years in a clinical supervisory role.
  • Certifications: LCAS, CCS, or LCSW preferred.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of community resources, state licensing statutes, and Medicaid regulations.
  • License: Valid NC/SC driver’s license.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine clinical programming to meet consumer needs.
  • Enhance current programming with innovative methods.
  • Conduct program evaluations and spearhead continuous improvement.
  • Manage and supervise clinical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Enforce health, safety, and security protocols within the organization.
  • Lead by example in professional conduct and interpersonal communications.
