Anuvia Prevention and Recovery is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Charlotte, NC

Anuvia is seeking internal candidates interested in applying for the full time Administrative Specialist position at SBC.

The duties include front desk receptionist, client coordination and charge entry. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: High school diploma and one year of medical and/or office experience field. Good oral and written skills. Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office, good computer skills, professional demeanor, comfortable commuting to the office. The position schedule is Monday - Friday 11:00 pm – 7:30 am, with unpaid 30-minute lunch with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Some flexibility as organizationally required.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma and two years of medical and/or office experience in the substance abuse treatment field. Good communication and written skills. Typing ability of 30-45wpm. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Professional demeanor. Valid NC or SC driver license.

Some of the job duties include receptionist duties: answering phones, greeting and directing clients and visitors. Medical records duties: auditing, scanning and uploading, and billing. Meeting with clients and legal guardians to begin their process at Anuvia.
