Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (with upside potential)

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of dedicated BCBA's and behavior technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Assessment and Treatment Planning-Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's behavior, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee their implementation to achieve measurable goals.
• Supervision and Training- Supervise and mentor staff, providing ongoing training and support to maintain a high standard of clinical excellence.
• Client Collaboration- Collaborate with families to understand their concerns and goals, ensuring a client-centered approach to therapy.
• Data Analysis and Reporting- Analyze data regularly to track progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide detailed reports to families and stakeholders.
• Professional Development- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical services.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a proven track record of clinical leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
