Ambrosia Treatment Center is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator

Competitive salary based on experience

Ideal Candidate will have: A minimum of 5 years experience evidenced by prior employment or references ratifying the abilities of the employee and their quality of work. HVAC experience preferred.

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for conserving the physical assets of the facility, both administrative and residential.

What you will do:

• Monitor day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the facility reporting all housing issues to Director of Operations.
• Paint indoor and outdoor facilities.
• Perform repairs and tasks on a timely basis.
• Maintain safety standards with regards to tools and equipment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of appliances and warranty information as well as damage costs.
• Accurately organize and inventory facility supplies, equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Submit weekly supply requests to Director of Operations.

What the ideal candidate has:

• Graduation from High School or GED. With 5 years of experience in a similar position
• HVAC experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
