Aguirre Riley, P.C. is a Nevada-based law firm with offices in Reno and Las Vegas that represents Nevada, Western region, and national clients in matters related to estate planning, tax, business planning, probate and trust administration and asset protection.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. This is a key role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments - Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Conduct research and compile data for various projects - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Screen phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries with professionalism - Maintain confidential files and records - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity - Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant - Proficient in using phone systems and handling phone etiquette - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience providing personal assistant support to executives - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong written and verbal communication skills - If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for this position.
