We are seeking a full time Administrative Specialist to join our team in our El Dorado Hills office. Construction industry experience preferred, but not required. Accounting experience required.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Basic administrative duties include answering incoming phone calls and making outbound calls to customers and vendors
Running office errands at the direction of the Office Manager and/or CEO
Opening/sorting mail
Assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Payroll duties
Various ad hoc projects at the direction of CEO
Employee must be a team player, willingness to participate with other employees and company events/meetings is encouraged.
