The
Accounts Payable Specialist
is responsible for processing all vendor invoices, corporate credit card expenses, and issuing payments in a timely manner. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mansfield, TX. Standard work hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday, plus overtime as needed.

None.Duties/Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and reconcile invoices in a timely manner.Process monthly expense reports for company credit cardsPrepare weekly check runsSetup bank wires/ACH/virtual card paymentsUpdate and maintain vendor informationMaintain detailed and organized account payable files.Assist with month-end close procedures for A/PCommunicate with other departments for obtaining invoices, expense reports, and invoice approvalsCreate reports regarding the status of vendor accounts as requestedMeet weekly with Controller and CFO to review current aging reportPerform other related duties as assignedEducation and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or some college preferred5 years of Accounts Payable experienceRequired Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate MS Excel (Pivot Tables & VLookups), MS Word, and MS Outlook experienceMicrosoft Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics Nav) experience preferredAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentAbility to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with company management and vendorsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPhysical Requirements:
