Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor construction progress and quality, addressing any issues or delays as they arise
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to assess progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, creating schedules, and using construction management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
