Job Purpose/Summary

The Digital Engagement Manager will oversee and increase Celink’s current digital footprint across various multimedia channels including email, and web presence. This role involves enhancing customer engagement and customer support through targeted marketing strategies to improve on their user experience. This role requires a thorough grasp of digital marketing practices and previous experience using multiple communication platform functionalities to serve our distinct customer base. The Digital Engagement Manager will work with Celink’s technology, operations, and client service teams to support customer engagement products to ensure best practices are adhered to as programs are launched.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and launch social media campaigns and content strategies for all social media platforms for Celink.

• Ensure social media, email, web and brand voice aligns with brand voice, tone and style guidelines across channels and platforms.

• Research and implement best practices and emerging trends and techniques in digital engagement.

• Analyze digital campaign performances across social media and email platforms and suggest improvements.

• Create innovative and creative content that will enhance the user experience and drive

• Create and/or advise on upgrades to email and web templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.

• Enhancing the overall customer experience by delivering timely, relevant and personalized communications across all channels.

• Improve and monitor search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s sites.

• Create automated email sequences and customer journey strategies in the email platform.

• Developing and implementing strategies for web communication, including website updates, landing pages, and other web-based content that will complement email campaigns.

• Work collaboratively with IT, Client Services, Operations, and Compliance to ensure proper messaging,

• Monitoring key metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and data driven decisions to optimize future efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Combination of education and work experience will be considered.

Experience/Training

3 to 5 years of previous experience in email marketing, content creation and website communication enhancements required. 5 to 7 years preferred.

Previous Project Management experience preferred.

Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.

Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation and testing methodologies.

Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft creative and persuasive email content

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable steps.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in various digital engagement platforms and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with regulations and best practices related to email marketing compliance

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with internal and external audiences.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a professional office environment with no unusual hazards. There may be some travel with overnight stays. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
