A supervisor needs to be able to balance employee management and correct food practices. The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen in a restaurant. They are responsible for ensuring the kitchen is clean, well-organized, and fully-stocked with all necessary supplies. The Kitchen Supervisor also manages kitchen staff, including training, and performance evaluations. They are responsible for ensuring that all food served to customers meets quality standards and is prepared in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and organizational abilities.
