Position Summary

The University of Central Arkansas is seeking student-workers for the Athletic Ticket Office. The position is a one year opportunity with hourly pay with the option to return year to year.

The Ticket Operations student-workers will work with the Athletic Ticket Manager to ensure ticketing operations for each ticketed sport are accomplished (Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Baseball and Softball).

This position is designed to expose the individual to all aspects of an NCAA ticket office and is a great opportunity for those looking to begin a career in athletics.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities : Assist the Ticket Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

Students can work up to 10-20 hours per week in the box office and Game days.

Students must be able to work nights and weekends for all UCA home ticketed events

Assist with ticket related operations for ticketed sports. (Includes : will call, pass lists, single-game sales, season ticket sales, answer / make phone calls, learn to operate the UCA Athletics Ticket Software : AudienceView)

Concentrate on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Make sales calls to new and current UCA Athletics fans

Arrive to work on time & when scheduled

Provide excellent customer service

Attend Ticket staff team meetings

Work well in team environment
