Cardinal Services is Hiring an Office Manager/Bookkeeper Near Scappoose, OR

Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Requirements

  • Must have a strong accounting background and experience.
  • QuickBooks experience preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must either be a Notary, or be willing to train and certify as a notary.
  • Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Proficient in 10-Key data entry.
  • Must have strong analytical and organizational skills.

Job Duties

  • Manage accounting operations and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Process and reconcile payroll.
  • Enter data into software systems.
  • Process and submit employment tax payments and reports.
  • Process billings, invoicing and set up project accounts.
  • Analyze data, statements, settlements, and invoices and reconcile variances.
  • Manage and maintain employee files and benefits. Including 401K and Healthcare accounts.
  • Assist in new employee orientation.

Schedule

  • Full Time - 40 hours a week

Rate of Pay

  • $25 - $30 per hour starting, depending on experience
  • Healthcare Insurance (including vision and dental)
  • Paid Vacation
  • Matching 401K retirement plan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
