We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the leasing team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge
• Answering leasing calls, touring apartments and establishing a rapport with prospects
• Assist the Manager with rent collection and renewing lease contracts of current residents
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Maintain social media sites and do outreach marketing
• Train and mentor leasing agents

​ Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in apartment leasing REQUIRED
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Onesite, KNOCK and Yieldstar preferred
