Part-time Executive Secretary

General Purpose: Provides a variety of routine and complex clerical, administrative and technical work in the City Manager's Office.
Schedule: Permanent Part-time (24 hours per week), flexible schedule working 3 - 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
(A) Graduation from a career training school with a certification in office administration or professional secretarial studies; or an associate or bachelor's degree in public administration,human resources, business management, communications, or a related field, and/or
(B) Five (5) years of related experience; or
(C) Any equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible work experience.
(D) Ability to accurately record and maintain records; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials and the public; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
(E) Ability to maintain confidentiality and recognize the confidential nature of the work being handled.
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
