The Customer Care Representative should be passionate, customer service-orientated and able to provide outstanding service to all of our Pet Parents in the capacity of placing orders, responding to inquiries about shipments, products and service via phone, email and web chat. ** Must be able to start training Monday April 1st 2024 **
Required Virtual Meet & Greet session on Friday March 22nd at 11:00am EST.

Schedule 1: Sun 9am – 5pm, M/T/Th/F 1230pm-9pm EST.
Schedule 2: Sat 930am – 6pm, M-W/F 1230pm-9pm EST.
