Busy Bee Cleaning Service is Hiring a Junior Account Manager Near New York, NY

We are a tech enabled, leading B2B and B2C cleaning services provider in NYC. We seek a junior account manager to cover prospective and existing commercial clients. On top of base pay, total compensation includes a strong commission system.

This position reports to our CMO. We are looking for an individual with great verbal and written communication skills. This position is an entry point to a fulfilling career, and the candidate will be thoroughly trained. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized. We’re looking for a sales-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement.

Job Duties:

  • Daily verbal and written interactions with prospective and existing clients, including site visits.
  • Update Salesforce with leads, cases, and any client data
  • Commercial Proposal formulation
  • Prepare Analytical Sales reports
  • Conduct quality assurance visits to existing clients as needed
  • Provide walkthroughs for prospective clients
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate scheduling, staffing, and supplies to meet client needs efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency – preferred
  • Salesforce proficiency - preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – required
  • Full-time availability – required
  • Professional fluency in Spanish - preferred
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent - required; Associate or BS degree - preferred
